Richard Montgomery Cluster Coordinator Jennifer Young will be presenting testimony to the Board of Education on the MCPS Capital Budget for FY 2014 and amendments to the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) for FY2013-2018 tomorrow, November 15 at the Carver Educational Services Center Auditorium. We are hoping for 5-10 people from Twinbrook to attend this meeting.
Consider this: if each student sells just one tub of cookie dough, we would make over $2,000 to support Twinbrook Elementary. Five tubs sold per student would make almost $14,000. Come to the Monster Mash Halloween Family Dance at the Twinbrook Rec Center, this Friday (Oct. 26) from 7-9PM. Cost is $3 at the door. Come in costume for Halloween crafts, a DJ, and more! As a fundraiser, the Twinbrook PTA will be selling refreshments. Please consider donating a baked good or helping sell refreshments
Do you have old costumes from previous Halloweens taking up space in your house? Ms. Pike, our school counselor, is collecting costumes for Twinbrook students. Please take them to the main office or to her office.
